Lord do not let sin rule over us

Psalm 119:133(when we direct our paths according to God’s word, we are not letting the sin rule over us)
133 Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me.
Rom 6:16(Being slave to sin leads to death)
16 Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?

Rom 6:6, 12, 14, 17, 20
(We should no longer be slaves to sin)
6 For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—

(We should not let sin reign in our mortal body)
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires.

(Sin shall no longer be our master)
14 For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.

(We used to be slaves to sin, but set free by obeying the God’s teaching)
17 But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching that has now claimed your allegiance.

20 When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness.

Gen 4:7(we must rule over sin that is crouching at the door)
7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.”
