Gods word is eternal

Psalm 119:89, 111, 144(Gods word is eternal)

                ⁸⁹ Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.

                ¹¹¹ Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.

                ¹⁴⁴ Your statutes are always righteous; give me understanding that I may live.

Psalm 111:8(God’s precepts are trustworthy and they are established forever)

                ⁷ The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy.
⁸ They are established forever and ever, enacted in faithfulness and uprightness.

Isa 51:6(God’s salvation will last forever)

                ⁶ Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath; the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last forever, my righteousness will never fail.

Mt 5:18(Everything in the Law or word of God will be accomplished)

            ¹⁸ For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

1 Peter 1:25(The word of the Lord endures forever)

            ²⁵ but the word of the Lord endures forever.”And this is the word that was preached to you.

We have learned the following from the above verses

1)      God’s word is eternal

2)      God’s precepts are trustworthy and they are established forever

3)      God’s word gives us understanding that we might live

4)      God’s promises from His word last forever and will be true in our life.

5)      Everything in the Law or word of God will be accomplished

6)      The word of the Lord endures forever
