2 The 2:10

⁹ The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, ¹⁰ and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Pro 4:6

⁶ Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you;
    love her, and she will watch over you.

John 3:17-19

Psalm 79:6

on the kingdoms

    and devastated his homeland.

Isa 66:5

1)    God will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2)    God pour out His wrath on nations that do not acknowledge Him and do not call His name

3)    It is the sound of the Lord
    repaying his enemies all they deserve.

4)    God’s wrath will be on nations for they have devoured Jacob completely and destroyed his homeland.

Heb 4:1

Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.

Heb 4:9, 10

⁹ There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; ¹⁰ for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works,^[e] just as God did from his. ¹¹ Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
    if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”

1)    God who called us is faithful and He will do it

2)    God will not change His mind like humans do.

3)    God who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

4)    God is faithful, who has called us into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
