God created the heavens and the earth

Psalm 115:16

                ¹⁶ The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth he has given to mankind.

Psalm 89:11

                ¹¹ The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth; you founded the world and all that is in it.

Deut10:14

                ¹⁴ To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it.

Ne 9:6

            ⁶ You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

Job 35:5

                ⁵ Look up at the heavens and see;  gaze at the clouds so high above you.

Psalm 8:3

                ³ When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars,
   which you have set in place,

Psalm 104:3

                ³ and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind.
