The word of
God is living
Acts 7:38
37 “This is the Moses who told the Israelites, ‘God will raise
up for you a prophet like me from your own people.
38 He was in the assembly in the wilderness, with the angel who
spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our ancestors; and he
received living words to pass on to us.
1 Pet 1:23
23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of
imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
Heb 4:12
12 For the word of God is alive and
active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it
penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the
thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
