Set an example for believers

1 Tim 4:12

¹² Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Php 3:17

¹⁷ Join together in following my example, brothers and sisters, and just as you have us as a model, keep your eyes on those who live as we do. 

1 The 1:7

⁶ You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit. ⁷ And so you became a model to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     Set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

2)    Paul asking fellow believers to follow his example follow those who do ministry as Paul

3)     You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit.
