The word of
God works in us
1 The 2:13
13 And we also thank God continually because,
when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted
it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed
at work in you who believe.
Acts 12:24
24 But the word of God continued to spread and flourish.
2 Tim 2:9
This is my gospel,9 for which I am suffering even to
the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. 10 Therefore I endure everything for the
sake of the elect that they too may obtain the salvation that is
in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.
1 Pet 1:23
23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of
imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

because you are strong,
and the word of God lives in you,
and you have overcome the evil one.

We learn the
following from the above verses
1) The word of God works in us
2) God’s word is not chained.
3) For we
have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through
the living and enduring word of God.
