Stand firm and hold on to the teachings that was passed on to us

2 The 2:15

¹⁵ So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings^[c] we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.

1 Cor 16:13

¹³ Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. ¹⁴ Do everything in love.

1 Cor 1:8

⁸ He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.9 God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

2 Cor 1:21

²¹ Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, ²² set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    Stand firm and hold on to the teachings that was passed on to us

2)    Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.  Do everything in love.

3)    God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

4)    God will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

5)    Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
