When do we realize that God is our Strength

Psalm 18:1-3

For the director of music. Of David the servant of the Lord. He sang to the Lord the words of this song when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said:

1 I love you, Lord, my strength.

2 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
    my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
    my shield[b] and the horn[c] of my salvation, my stronghold.

3 I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise,
    and I have been saved from my enemies.

Psalm 59:8-10

8 But you laugh at them, Lord;
    you scoff at all those nations.

9 You are my strength, I watch for you;
    you, God, are my fortress,
10     my God on whom I can rely.

God will go before me
    and will let me gloat over those who slander me.

We learn the following from the above verses

1) When God delivers us from the hand of enemies and other troubles that we face in life, we could feel that God is our strength.

2) When we called to the Lord, we have been saved our enemies and realize God is our strength

3) When we rely on Him completely we could see the mighty hand of God in our life and realize and Glorify God that God is our strength.
