How we can be victorious by trusting God

Psalm 44:5-7

5 Through you we push back our enemies;
    through your name we trample our foes.

6 I put no trust in my bow,
    my sword does not bring me victory;

7 but you give us victory over our enemies,
    you put our adversaries to shame.


Psalm 56:2-4

2 My adversaries pursue me all day long;
    in their pride many are attacking me.

3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

4     In God, whose word I praise—
in God I trust and am not afraid.
    What can mere mortals do to me?


we learn the following from the above verses

1) God gives us victory over our enemies when we trust in Him and put our adversaries to shame

2) In God I trust and am not afraid of any form of threats or fear
