Let our gentleness be evident to all, Lord is near

Php 4:5

⁵ Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

Psalm 119:151

¹⁵⁰ Those who devise wicked schemes are near,
    but they are far from your law.

¹⁵¹ Yet you are near, Lord,
    and all your commands are true.

Psalm 145:18

¹⁸ The Lord is near to all who call on him,
    to all who call on him in truth.

¹⁹ He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
    he hears their cry and saves them.

Heb 10:37

³⁷ For,

“In just a little while,
    he who is coming will come
    and will not delay.

Jas 5:8, 9

⁸ You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near. ⁹ Don’t grumble against one another, brothers and sisters, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    Let our gentleness be evident to all, Lord is near

2)    Lord is near
    and all His commands are true.

3)    The Lord is near to all who call on him,
    to all who call on him in truth.

4)    He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
    he hears their cry and saves them.

Be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.
