a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet
not as I will, but as you will.”
John 10:18
17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only
to take it up again.
18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to
take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”
Rom 5:19
19 For
just as through the disobedience of the one man the
many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of
the one man the many will be made righteous.
