We are to do
everything for the glory of God
1 Cor 10:31
31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do
it all for the glory of God.
2 Cor 5:9
9 So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from
it.
Col 3:17
17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in
the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
1 Pet 4:11
11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who
speaks the very words of God. If
anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be
praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the
glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.
We learn the
following from the above verses
1) We are to do everything for the glory
of God
2) Our goal is to please God in whatever
we do
3) whatever we do, whether in word or deed, do it all in
the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him
4) If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who
