We are to be
on guard, stand firm in the faith and be men of courage and strong
1 Cor 16:13
13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.
14 Do everything in love.
1 Cor 1:8
8 He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be
blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our
Lord.
2 Cor 1:21
21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 22 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our
hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Gal 5:1
It is for freedom that
Christ has set us free. Stand
firm, then, and do not
let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
We learn the following
from the above verses
