Our God is a
God of peace
Php 4:9
9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard
from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
1 Th 5:23
23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May
your whole spirit, soul and
body be kept blameless at the
coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 The 3:16
16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times
and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.
Heb 13:20
20 Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, 21 equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever
and ever. Amen.
We learn
the following from the above verses
1)
The
good we are seeing, learning and hearing needs to be put in to practice, so
that God of peace will be with us
2)
God
of peace sanctifies us so that our body, soul and spirit may be kept blameless
for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ
3)
God
of peace will be with us at all times to give us peace in everyway
4)
God
of peace equips us with everything good for doing His will
