God works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will

Eph 1:11, 9

¹¹ In him we were also chosen,^[e] having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, ¹² in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.

⁹ he^[d] made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, ¹⁰ to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

Rom 8:28

²⁸ And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who^[i] have been called according to his purpose. 

Eph 3:11

¹⁰ His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,¹¹ according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Heb 6:17

¹⁶ People swear by someone greater than themselves, and the oath confirms what is said and puts an end to all argument. ¹⁷ Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)  God works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will

2)  God^[d] made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ

3)  His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms

4)  Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath.
