Psalm 113:7(God raises the poor from the dust)

77	അവൻ എളിയവനെ പൊടിയിൽനിന്നു എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കയും ദരിദ്രനെ കുപ്പയിൽനിന്നു ഉയർത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു;

1 Sam 2:8(God raises the poor from the dust for the foundations of the earth are the LORD’s)

                ⁸ അവൻ ദരിദ്രനെ പൊടിയിൽനിന്നു നിവിർത്തുന്നു; അഗതിയെ കുപ്പയിൽനിന്നു ഉയർത്തുന്നു; പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടുകൂടെ ഇരുത്തുവാനും മഹിമാസനം അവകാശമായി നല്കുവാനും തന്നേ. ഭൂധരങ്ങൾ യഹോവെക്കുള്ളവ; ഭൂമണ്ഡലത്തെ അവയുടെമേൽ വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

Psalm 35:10(God rescues the poor from those too strong for them)

                ¹⁰ യഹോവേ, നിനക്കു തുല്യൻ ആർ? എളിയവനെ തന്നിലും ബലമേറിയവന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും എളിയവനും ദരിദ്രനുമായവനെ കവർച്ചക്കാരന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും നീ രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്നു എന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ ഒക്കെയും പറയും.

Psalm 68:10(God provides for the poor from His bounty)

                ¹⁰ നിന്റെ കൂട്ടം അതിൽ പാർത്തു; ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ ദയയാൽ നീ അതു എളിയവർക്കുവേണ്ടി ഒരുക്കിവെച്ചു.

Psalm 140:12(The LORD secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy)

                ¹² യഹോവ പീഡിതന്റെ വ്യവഹാരവും ദരിദ്രന്മാരുടെ ന്യായവും നടത്തും എന്നു ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു.

Psalm 72:12(God will deliver the needy)

                ¹² അവൻ നിലവിളിക്കുന്ന ദരിദ്രനെയും സഹായമില്ലാത്ത എളിയവനെയും വിടുവിക്കുമല്ലോ.

Psalm 107:41(God lifts the needy out their affliction)

                ⁴¹ അവൻ ദരിദ്രനെ പീഡയിൽനിന്നു ഉയർത്തി അവന്റെ കുലങ്ങളെ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടംപോലെ ആക്കി.

Psalm 145:14(The LORD upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down)

              ¹⁴ വീഴുന്നവരെ ഒക്കെയും യഹോവ താങ്ങുന്നു; കുനിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നവരെ ഒക്കെയും അവൻ നിവിർത്തുന്നു.
