See to it that the light within you is not darkness

Luke 11:35

 ³⁵ See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. 

³⁶ Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you.”

Luke 12 :1

Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying: “Be^[a] on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 

Mark 13:23

²² For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. ²³ So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.

Mark 13:33

³² “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. ³³ Be on guard! Be alert^[e]! You do not know when that time will come.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    See to it that the light within you is not darkness

2)    Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you.

3)    Be^[a] on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 

4)    Be on guard for false prophets and false messiahs

5)    The day and hour Jesus second coming in clouds no one knows, but only the Father, so be on guard, be alert as you do not know when that time will come
