Acts
17:11
11 Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character
than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great
eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.
Luke
16:29
29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’
John
5:39
39 You study[c] the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you
have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about
me, 40 yet you refuse to come to me to have life.
We learn
the following from the above verses
1)
We can be noble by receiving God’s message with great eagerness
and examining the scriptures.
2)
We should be listening to Prophets and Moses that we have on
earth.
3)
Scriptures gives us eternal
life and are a blessing to us.
