Blessing of peace

Judas and Silas were sent off by brothers with the blessing of peace

Acts 15:33
33 After spending some time there, they were sent off by the believers with the blessing of peace to return to those who had sent them.

1 Sam 1:17
17 Eli answered, “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him.
18 She said, “May your servant find favor in your eyes. ” Then she went her way and ate something, and her face was no longer downcast.

Mk 5:34
34 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.”

Lk 7:50
50 Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

Acts 16:36
36 The jailer told Paul, “The magistrates have ordered that you and Silas be released. Now you can leave. Go in peace.”

1 Cor 16:11
10 When Timothy comes, see to it that he has nothing to fear while he is with you, for he is carrying on the work of the Lord, just as I am. 11 No one, then, should treat him with contempt. Send him on his way in peace so that he may return to me. I am expecting him along with the brothers.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     Judas and Silas were sent off by brothers with the blessing of peace
2)     Eli answered Hannah, “Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him.
3)     Hannah was with peace after her prayer before our God
4)     Woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years healed after touching cloak of Jesus and received peace after her healing.
5)       Jesus blessed the woman who had anointed His feet with perfume to go in peace as her sins are forgiven.
6)      We should be at peace with those who are carrying on the work of the Lord.
