Reasoning with people from scriptures

Reasoning with people from scriptures

Acts 17:2
As was his custom, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures,

Acts 8:35
34 The eunuch asked Philip, “Tell me, please, who is the prophet talking about, himself or someone else?” 35 Then Philip began with that very passage of Scripture and told him the good news about Jesus.

Acts 18:28
28 For he vigorously refuted his Jewish opponents in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Messiah.

We learn the following from the above scriptures

1)  Paul reason with people from scriptures, proving Jesus is Messiah
2)  Philip explaining to eunuch the very passage he was reading and told him the good news about Jesus
 3)  Apollos had very knowledge in scriptures, proving to Jews in public debate that Jesus was Messiah.
