Paul
and Barnabas were urged to continue in the grace of God by devout converts
Acts
13:43
43 When the congregation was dismissed, many of the
Jews and devout converts to Judaism followed Paul and Barnabas, who talked with
them and urged them to continue in the grace of God.
Acts
11:23
22 News of this reached the church in Jerusalem, and
they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had
done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the
Lord with all their hearts.
Acts
14:22
21 They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra,
Iconium and Antioch, 22 strengthening the disciples and encouraging them
to remain true to the faith. “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said.
Rom
3:24
22 This righteousness is given through faith in[h]Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
