When God is with us we will be blessed(Continued)

Jos 1:5(God promised Joshua that He will be with him and will not leave or forsake him)

            ⁵ No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.

Gen 21:20(God was with Ishmael as he grew up)

            ²⁰ God was with the boy as he grew up. He lived in the desert and became an archer.

Jos 6:27(The Lord was with Joshua)

            ²⁷ So the Lord was with Joshua, and his fame spreadthroughout the land.

Jud 1:19(God was with the men of Judah. They took possession of the hill country) 

            ¹⁹ The Lord was with the men of Judah. They took possession of the hill country, but they were unable to drive the people from the plains, because they had chariots fitted with iron.

1 Sam 18:28(Saul realized that the Lord was with David making him be successful)

            ²⁸ When Saul realized that the Lord was with David and that his daughter Michal loved David, ²⁹ Saul became still more afraid of him, and he remained his enemy the rest of his days.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)  God was with Ishmael as he grew up

2)  God promised Joshua that He will be with him and will not leave or forsake him

3)  The Lord was with Joshua

4)  God was with the men of Judah. They took possession of the hill country

5)  Saul realized that the Lord was with David making him be successful
