Purpose or activity against God’s plan will fail
Acts 5:39(Gamaliel ordered sanhedrin to not to
fight against God)
38 Therefore, in the present case I advise
you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of
human origin, it will fail. 39 But
if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find
yourselves fighting against God.”
2 Chr 13:12, 18(Jeroboam won the battle against Abijah
as he relied on God)
12 God is with us; he
is our leader. His priests with their trumpets will sound the battle cry
against you. People of Israel,
do not fight against the Lord, the God of your
ancestors, for you will not succeed.”
18 The Israelites were
subdued on that occasion, and the people of Judah were victorious because they
relied on theLord, the God of their ancestors.
Pro 21:30(There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan
that can succeed against the Lord)

all that I please.’
