God gives victory to kings and delivers His servant from deadly sword

Psalm 144:9,10

                ⁹ I will sing a new song to you, my God; on the ten-stringed lyre I will make music to you, 
¹⁰ to the One who gives victory to kings, who delivers his servant David.

 2 Sam 8:14

                ¹⁴ He put garrisons throughout Edom, and all the Edomites became subject to David. The LORD gave David victory wherever he went.

Psalm 18:50

⁵⁰ He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing love to his anointed, to David and to his descendants forever.

Job 5:20

                ²⁰ In famine he will deliver you from death, and in battle from the stroke of the sword.
