Those who believe that Jesus is Messiah,
son of God will have life in the name of Jesus
John 20:31
30 Jesus
performed many other signs in the
presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. 31 But these are written
that you may believe[b] that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in
his name.
Acts 13:46, 48
46 Then Paul and
Barnabas answered them boldly: “We had to speak the word of God to you first. Since
you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now
turn to the Gentiles. 47 For this is what the
Lord has commanded us:
“‘I
have made you[f] a
light for the Gentiles,
that you[g] may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’[h]”
that you[g] may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’[h]”
48 When the Gentiles
heard this, they were glad and honored the word of the Lord; and
all who were appointed for eternal life believed.
Rom 1:20
