We will receive our reward for what we do to build kingdom of God

1 Cor 3:8, 14

⁸ The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor.

¹² If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, ¹³ their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. ¹⁴ If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.

Psalm 18:20

²⁰ The Lord has dealt with me according to my righteousness;
    according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.

Psalm 62:12

¹¹ One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard:
“Power belongs to you, God, ¹²  and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.”

Mt 25:21

²⁰ The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’

²¹ “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

 We learn the following from the above verses

1)    We will receive our reward for what we do to build kingdom of God

2)    God rewards for our quality of work in building the kingdom of God

3)    God rewards our righteousness and for the clean hands

4)    God reward everyone according to what they have done.

5)    If we are faithful in small things God has given us, He will put us in charge of many things
