God will bring to light what is hidden in darkness  

1 Cor 4:5

⁵ Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

Job 12:22

²² He reveals the deep things of darkness
    and brings utter darkness into the light.
²³ He makes nations great, and destroys them;
    he enlarges nations, and disperses them.

Psalm 90:8

⁸ You have set our iniquities before you,
    our secret sins in the light of your presence.

1 Cor 3:13

¹² If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, ¹³ their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)  God will bring to light what is hidden in darkness

2)  God reveals the deep things of darkness
    and brings utter darkness into the light.

3)  God has set our iniquities before Him,
    our secret sins in the light of His presence.

4)  Our work will be shown for what is worth, because the Day will it to light
