God makes us grow in Him

1)    God makes us grow in Him (1 Cor 3: 6)

            ⁶ I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.

2)    God gave us a new heart (Ezek 11.19)

            

¹⁹ I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.

3)    Our position in Christ is perfect: we have righteousness from God (Rom 1:17).

¹⁷ For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,^[e] just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.

5)    We are complete in Christ (Col 2:10). 

⁹ For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, ¹⁰ and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority.

6)    We have all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Pet 1:3).

³ His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

7)    We have all spiritual blessings in Christ (Eph 1:3).

³ Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
