we should cry out to God for His help, He will deliver us

Psalm 107:6,28

                ⁶ Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress.

                ²⁸ Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress.

Ex14:10(Israelites were terrified and cried out to the LORD, when crossing red sea)

                ¹⁰ As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the LORD.

Ex 15:25(Moses crying out to God for drinking water)

            ²⁵ Then Moses cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a piece of wood. He threw it into the water, and the water became fit to drink.
   There the LORD issued a ruling and instruction for them and put them to the test.

Jos 24:7(God helped Israelites in the wilderness)

                ⁷ But they cried to the LORD for help, and he put darkness between you and the Egyptians; he brought the sea over them and covered them. You saw with your own eyes what I did to the Egyptians. Then you lived in the wilderness for a long time.

Ne 9:9(God heard Israelites cry at the Red Sea)

                ⁹ “You saw the suffering of our ancestors in Egypt; you heard their cry at the Red Sea

Psalm 5:2(Lord hear our prayers and help us)

                ² Hear my cry for help, my King and my God, for to you I pray.

Psalm 50:15(when we call God in the day of trouble, He will deliver us)
