To participate in heavenly calling let us fix our thoughts on Jesus

Heb 3:1

Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest.

Php 1:7

⁷ It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart and, whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God’s grace with me. 

Heb 3:14

¹⁴ We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.

Heb 12:10

¹⁰ They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness.

2 Pet 1:4

⁴ Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature,having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Rev 20:6

⁶ Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     To participate in heavenly calling let us fix our thoughts on Jesus

2)     We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.

3)     God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness.

4)     Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature

5)     Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them
