God knows us and we belong to Him

Num 16:5

⁵ Then he said to Korah and all his followers: “In the morning the Lord will show who belongs to him and who is holy, and he will have that person come near him. The man he chooses he will cause to come near him.

Ex 33:12

¹² Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ ¹³ If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people.”

¹⁴ The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

John 10:14

¹⁴ “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— ¹⁵ just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 

1 Cor 8:3

³ But whoever loves God is known by God.^[

Gal 4:9

⁸ Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods. ⁹ But now that you know God—or rather are known by God—how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces^[d]? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again?

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    God knows us and we belong to Him

2)    God knows us by name and we are His favorite

3)    God’s presence will be with us and He will give us rest

4)    Lord is our good shepherd, He knows us and we know Him

5)       But whoever loves God is known by God.
