All scripture
is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in
righteousness
2 Tim 3:16
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is
useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God[a] may be
thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Pet 1:20,
21
20 Above all, you must understand that no
prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. 21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but
prophets, though human, spoke from God as they
were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
Rom 4:23, 24
23 The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him
alone, 24 but also for us, to whom
God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who
raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was
raised to life for our justification.
Deut 29:29
29 The secret things belong to the Lord our
God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our
children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law.
