We should be proud of what we are in Christ

1 Cor 1:31

³¹ Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”^[d]

Jer 9:23, 24

²³ This is what the Lord says:

“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches,

²⁴ but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth,  for in these I delight,”
declares the Lord.

Psalm 34:2

² I will glory in the Lord;
    let the afflicted hear and rejoice.

Psalm 44:8

⁸ In God we make our boast all day long,
    and we will praise your name forever.^[d]

2 Cor 10:17

¹⁷ But, “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”^[b] 18 For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)  We should be proud of what we are in Christ

2)  Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.

3)  Let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth,  for in these I delight,” declares the Lord.

4)  I will glory in the Lord;
    let the afflicted hear and rejoice.

5)  In God we make our boast all day long,
    and we will praise your name forever.
