Clothe yourselves with Lord Jesus Christ

Rom 13:14

¹⁴ Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

Gal 3:27

²⁶ So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, ²⁷ for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 

Eph 4:24

²² You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; ²³ to be made new in the attitude of your minds; ²⁴ and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Col 3:10, 12

⁹ Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices ¹⁰ and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.

¹² Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 

We learn the following from the above verses

1)   Clothe yourselves with Lord Jesus Christ

2)   In Christ Jesus we are all children of God through faith,  for all of us were baptized into Christ have clothed ourselves with Christ

3)   We are to put off our old stuff and to put on the new self created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness

4)   We have taken off our old self with its practices  and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience
