The Lord gives sight to the blind

Psalm 146:8(The Lord gives sight to the blind)

            ⁸ the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, 
   the LORD loves the righteous.

Pro 20:12(Lord is our creator)

            ¹² Ears that hear and eyes that see— the LORD has made them both.

Isa 29:18(Those who are humble and needy will rejoice in the LORD)

            ¹⁸ In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. ¹⁹ Once more the humble will rejoice in the LORD; 
   the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. 

Isa 32:3(In the kingdom of righteousness the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed)

            ³ Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed, and the ears of those who hear will listen.

Isa 35:5(When God comes to save us the eyes of the blind will be opened)

            ⁵ Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. 

Isa 42:7, 18-19(God makes us a covenant for the people to open the eyes that are blind)

            ⁶ “I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. 
I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, ⁷ to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.

 Mt 11:5(When good news is preached people were healed)

            ⁴ Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: ⁵ The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy^[b] are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     The Lord gives sight to the blind

2)     Lord is our creator

3)     Those who are humble and needy will rejoice in the LORD

4)     In the kingdom of righteousness the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed

5)     When God comes to save us the eyes of the blind will be opened

6)     God makes us a covenant for the people to open the eyes that are blind
