Lord created the highest heavens and gave a decree that will never pass away

Psalm 148:6(Lord created the highest heavens and gave a decree that will never pass away)

            ⁴ Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.

 ⁵ Let them praise the name of the LORD, for at his command they were created, 
⁶ and he established them forever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass away.

Jeremiah 31:35-36(Lord almighty appointed the sun shine by day and decrees the moon and stars to shine by night)

             ³⁵ This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, 
who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the LORD Almighty is his name: 

(We will not vanish from God’s sight)
³⁶ “Only if these decrees vanish from my sight,” declares the LORD, “will Israel ever cease 
   being a nation before me.”

Job 38:33(God alone can create the laws of heavens)

            ³³ Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God’s dominion over the earth?

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     Lord created the highest heavens and gave a decree that will never pass away

2)     Lord almighty appointed the sun shine by day and decrees the moon and stars to shine by night

3)     We will not vanish from God’s sight

4)     God alone can create the laws of heavens
