17 “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on

Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams.

11:25(God appoints seventy other elders to bear the burden with Moses and anoints
them)

he took some of the power of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the
seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied—but did not do
so again.

7:37-39(Whoever believes in Jesus will receive the Spirit of God)
37 On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and
said in a loud voice, “Let
anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever
believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from
within them.”[c] 39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom
those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had
not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. 45 The circumcised believers who had
