In the last days, God pours out His spirit on all the people

Acts 2:17(In the last days, God pours out His spirit on all the people)

            ¹⁷ “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. 
Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, 
   your old men will dream dreams.

Num 11:25(God appoints seventy other elders to bear the burden with Moses and anoints them)

            ²⁵ Then the LORD came down in the cloud and spoke with him, and he took some of the power of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied—but did not do so again.

Isa 44:3(God’s blessing comes to us through His poured out Spirit)

            ³ For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; 
I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.

Eze 39:29(God will not hide His face from us and will pour out His Spirit on us)

            ²⁹ I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my Spirit on the people of Israel, declares the Sovereign LORD.”

John 7:37-39(Whoever believes in Jesus will receive the Spirit of God)

            ³⁷ On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. ³⁸ Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”^[c] 39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

Acts 10:45(While Peter was speaking the message the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message)

            ⁴⁴ While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. ⁴⁵ The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on Gentiles. ⁴⁶ For they heard them speaking in tongues^[b] and praising God.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     In the last days, God pours out His spirit on all the people
