Be careful not to harbor wicked thought in your mind

Deut 15:9

⁹ Be careful not to harbor this wicked thought: “The seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near,” so that you do not show ill will toward the needy among your fellow Israelites and give them nothing. They may then appeal to the Lord against you, and you will be found guilty of sin.

Deut 24:8

⁸ In cases of defiling skin diseases,^[a] be very careful to do exactly as the Levitical priests instruct you. You must follow carefully what I have commanded them.

Jos 6:18

¹⁸ But keep away from the defiled things, so that you will not bring about your own destruction by taking any of them. Otherwise you will make the camp of Israel liable to destruction and bring trouble on it.

Jos 23:7

⁶ “Be very strong; be careful to obey all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, without turning aside to the right or to the left. ⁷ Do not associate with these nations that remain among you; do not invoke the names of their gods or swear by them. You must not serve them or bow down to them. ⁸ But you are to hold fast to the Lord your God, as you have until now.

We learn the following from the above verses
