We are God’s own people eager to do what is good (Continued)

Mt 5:16

¹⁶ In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

2 Cor 8:21

²¹ For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.

Eph 2:10

¹⁰ For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)     In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

2)    For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.

3)    For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
