God’s
appointed season
Tit 1:3
Paul, a
servant of God and an apostle of Jesus
Christ to further the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth that
leads to godliness— 2 in the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised
before the beginning of time, 3 and which now at his appointed season he has brought
to light through the preaching entrusted to me by the
command of God our Savior
1 Tim 2:6
5 For there is one God and one
mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all
people. This has now been witnessed to at the
proper time.
1 Tim 6:15
13 In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of
Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the
good confession, I charge you 14 to keep this command without spot or blame until
the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only
Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone is immortal and who
lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him
be honor and might forever. Amen.
We learn the following from the above verses

God
has brought to light His word through the preaching entrusted to us at his

or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his
own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King
of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who
lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him
be honor and might forever. Amen.
