For no matter how many promises God
has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is
spoken by us to the glory of God.

Rom 9:9

who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as
Abraham’s offspring. 9 For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed
