Lord said to Abraham, ‘Through your
offspring all peoples on earth will be blessed.’
Acts 3:25,
26
25 And you are heirs of the
prophets and of the covenant God made with your fathers. He said to Abraham, ‘Through your
offspring all peoples on earth will be blessed.’[b]
26 When God raised up his
servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked
ways.”
Rom 12:14
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless
and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not
be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.[c] Do not
be conceited.
Lk 6:28
28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other
also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them.
Lk 24:50
50 When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he
lifted up his hands and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up
into heaven.
We learn the following from
the above verses
1) Lord said to Abraham, ‘Through your offspring all peoples on
earth will be blessed.’
2)
God
has sent Jesus to bless us
3) Bless those who persecute you; bless
and do not curse.
4) Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
