We became
special as the very words of God have been entrusted to us
Rom 3:2
What advantage, then, is there in being a
Jew, or what value is there in circumcision?2 Much in every way! First of
all, the Jews have been entrusted with the very words of God.
1 Cor 4:7
7 For
who makes you Special from anyone else? What do you have that you did not
receive? And
if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?
8 Already
you have all you want! Already you have become rich! You
have begun to reign—and that without us! How I wish that you really had begun
to reign so that we also might reign with you!
1 Cor 15:41
40 There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies;
but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the
earthly bodies is another. 41 The sun
has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star
differs from star in splendor.
Heb 1:4
3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the
exact representation of his being, sustaining
all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for
sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he
has inherited is superior to theirs.
We learn the
following from the above verses
1) We became special as the very words
of God have been entrusted to us
2) For who
makes you Special from anyone else? – It is God who makes you Special
3) The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon
another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.
4) The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the
exact representation of his being, sustaining
all things by his powerful word.
5) Son of God became as much superior to the angels as the name
He has inherited is superior to theirs.
