Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts and we were called to peace

Col 3:15

¹⁵ Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. 

John 14:27

²⁷ Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

 Rom 14:19

¹⁷ For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, ¹⁸ because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and receives human approval.

¹⁹ Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts and we were called to peace

2)    God gives His peace to us and do not give as the world gives

3)    Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid, as we have God’s peace

4)    For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit

5)    Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.
