God knows us and we belong to Him

Num 16:5

⁵ Then he said to Korah and all his followers: “In the morning the Lord will show who belongs to him and who is holy, and he will have that person come near him. The man he chooses he will cause to come near him.

Ex 33:12

¹² Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ ¹³ If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people.”

¹⁴ The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

John 10:14

We learn the following from the above verses

1)    God knows us and we belong to Him

2)    God knows us by name and we are His favorite

3)    God’s presence will be with us and He will give us rest

4)    Lord is our good shepherd, He knows us and we know Him

5)       But whoever loves God is known by God.

We learn the following from the above verses

⁵³ For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. ⁵⁴ When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”^[h]

⁵⁶ The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. ⁵⁷ But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

1)    Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
