God wants us to be humble like children

Mt 18:4, 5(God wants us to be humble like children)
                4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
Mt 19:14(Kingdom of heaven belongs to humble)
                14 Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
1 Pet 2:2(we should be craving for spiritual milk like new born babies, so that we will grow)
                2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation
Mk 9:37(Whoever welcomes humble welcomes God)
                37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

we should not be afraid

Mt 17:7(Jesus told His disciples not to be afraid, when they were terrified of the voice from cloud)
                7 But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.”

we should be listening to God

Mt 17:5(we should be listening to God)
                5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”
Acts 3:22, 23(we must listen to God in everything He tells us)
            22 For Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own people; you must listen to everything he tells you.
                23 Anyone who does not listen to him will be completely cut off from their people
Deut 18:15, 18(God expects us to listen to Jesus)
            15 The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him.
18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him.

God’s precepts are trustworthy and steadfast forever

Psalm 111:8(God’s words are trustworthy and established forever)
                7 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy.
                8 They are established forever and ever, enacted in faithfulness and uprightness.

                (Lord’s word is eternal)

                (God’s statutes are established forever)

                (God’s laws are righteous and eternal)

God provides food for those fear Him
